what’s a good skin care product for my face?

I’m looking for a new skin care regiment - seriously, how do those celebs do it? I need something to make my skin look tighter (younger) but I’m also still breaking out with pimples (I’m not sure why - I’m pushing 30). Any suggestions???

p.s. I don’t want to spend TONS of money and I’d prefer a company that does not test on animals.
