Good skin care routine for 13 year old?

I am 13 years old and I want to get a skin care routine. I have tried a few different products but I dont really have an actual routine. I dont really know exactly what you are supposed to have in a skin care routine. Like toner or moisteriser or what?

I have light colored skin. And my skin is oily in some places and dry in a few spots sometimes. And i get a lot of acne.

What Skin Care Product Line should I Use?

Okay, so recently I’ve been using Clinique 3 Step Solution line with the cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. But i want to switch and try out the Shiseido Pureness line. I was just wondering if anyone has used one or the other or both and tell me which one you liked. Can anyone recommend a skin care product for body acne?
